Villarreal CF confirm two more pre-season friendlies

The Yellows will begin their preparations against FC Basel (19^th July) and Saint Gallen FC (22^nd July)

Villarreal CF have confirmed two more fixtures as part of their pre-season schedule. The Yellows will kick off their summer preparations against FC Basel on Saturday 19^th July, at 6pm CEST, at the Stadion Schnabelholz (Altach), followed by a clash against Saint Gallen FC on Tuesday 22^nd July, at 7pm CEST, at the Kybunpark (Saint Gallen). Both matches will take place during the team’s training camp in Saint Gallen (Switzerland), from 17^th to 25^th July.

The Submarine will return from their summer break on Monday 7^th July to undergo medical tests, which will continue on Tuesday 8^th and Wednesday 9^th July. The first training session under Marcelino is scheduled for Thursday 10^th July.

In addition, Villarreal CF already have four more pre-season friendlies confirmed. The current pre-season schedule is as follows:

• Leeds United FC vs Villarreal CF: Saturday 2nd August, 4pm CEST, Elland Road
