Groc Talent

Groc Talent is a music contest organised by Villarreal CF in collaboration with the SanSan Festival. The yellow club drives this cultural initiative to showcase and promote musical talent from the province of Castellón and even from the rest of the provinces in the Comunitat Valenciana.

Thanks to this activity, part of Endavant Cultura, more than a dozen bands and/or artists from Castellón perform every year in the Fan Zone at the Estadio de la Cerámica before LALIGA matches. Yellow supporters enjoy their music and rate their concerts, voting for the three groups that perform in the grand final of each edition.

With great anticipation, the three bands perform again in the final and a musical jury, made up of representatives from Villarreal CF and the SanSan Festival, selects the winner of the edition, whose grand prize is to feature in the line-up of the independent music festival in Benicàssim.

So far, Villarreal CF has held five editions of Groc Talent. Red Smoke, Valiente Bosque, La Aldea, Pasqual Riera and La Pelona have been the winning bands and have fulfilled the dream of performing at the prestigious SanSan Festival.
