Villarreal CF, in collaboration with the Jaume I University in Castellón, the Vila-real Town Council and the ‘Amics del club’ fan group, have started to create the Historical Archive, a project that aims to bring together all the historical material related to the club, which in turn enables different moments of the Submarine’s history to be reconstructed and enjoyed once again.

This is an initiative which, launched in the club’s centenary year, is here to stay and its mission is to recover our roots and strengthen the foundations of the club from this moment onwards. To achieve this objective, Villarreal CF invite supporters to share photos, videos, objects or documents that can prove useful to create a high-quality historical archive.

Fans can contact the club to collaborate in the initiative, filling in the form or calling the Villarreal CF Historical Archive (+34 649 744 017).

In addition, Yellows’ supporters can hand over these objects physically through a donation or a loan to the club. The club will contact the person in question to arrange the handover of the object.

With the launch of the Inmersión Villarreal Museum&Tour, the creation of this Historical Archive is even more important. In the museum, Yellows fans can enjoy and see first-hand their contribution recognised, as each exposition features a label detailing the donor of the object in question.
