Villarreal CF, in collaboration with the Universitat Jaume I of Castellón, Vila-real Town Council and a group of supporters called Amics del club, has created the Villarreal CF Historical Archive. This project aims to gather all kinds of material related to the club in order to reconstruct and relive key moments in the Submarine’s history.

This initiative, launched in 2022 in the run-up to the club’s centenary, was born with the mission of recovering our roots and strengthening the foundations of the institution. To contribute, Villarreal CF invites its supporters to share photos, videos, objects or documents that may be useful in building a high-quality historical archive.

Additionally, Yellow Submarine supporters may contribute by donating or loaning physical items. The club will contact the person in question to arrange how the item of interest can be delivered.

With the creation of Inmersión Villarreal (Museum & Tour), the Historical Archive takes on even greater importance. In this space, Villarreal supporters will be able to enjoy the collection and see their contributions recognised, as each exhibition will include the name of the donor of the item on display.
