As part of this commitment, the club promotes the Grada de Animación (Singing Section) and, at every home match, sets up a Fan Zone packed with activities for supporters of all ages in the square next to the Fondo Sur at the Estadio de la Cerámica.

For away fixtures, Villarreal CF actively encourages and supports fans travelling to follow the team.

FAN EVENTS AND ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES

To nurture passion for the Yellow Submarine and maintain a direct connection with its supporters, Villarreal CF organises initiatives involving players from the club’s main teams. In recent seasons, footballers have taken part in popular events such as autograph sessions with stars of the Yellow Submarine.

These activities are complemented by the annual Fan Fest, a major event that brings together thousands of supporters for a day of entertainment and celebration on the pitch at the Estadio de la Cerámica at the end of each season. The event features the traditional charity run organised by the Celtic Submarí supporters club, inflatables, food and drink stalls, and performances by local bands and artists, making it an unmissable occasion for the entire Yellow family.

THE CLUB’S CONNECTION WITH THE APV

As part of its philosophy of placing supporters at the heart of the club, Villarreal CF maintains a close relationship with the Agrupació de Penyes del Villarreal CF (APV – Villarreal CF Supporters’ Association), which is made up of 36 supporters clubs and more than 1,400 members who passionately follow the Yellow Submarine from different corners of the world.

To strengthen the sense of belonging and ensure supporters club members feel at the heart of the club, Villarreal CF organises events involving players, including the APV’s welcome ceremony for new signings, visits to official supporters clubs, and opportunities for members to step onto the pitch and have their photograph taken with the Villarreal CF starting XI.

THE YELLOW FAMILY AROUND THE WORLD

Finally, Villarreal CF promotes the groguet spirit beyond its borders through the ‘Carnet Soc Groguet’, a membership designed specifically for international supporters. It allows fans from around the world to become official members of the yellow family and enjoy a range of benefits, including discounts on tickets and official merchandise, as well as the opportunity to take part each year, free of charge, in a supporters’ gathering held at the Estadio de la Cerámica.
