El Ceramista is a new gastronomic space, located in the Estadio de la Cerámica, which aims to become a benchmark for fine cuisine and entertainment in the province of Castellón.
With a gastronomic proposal based on quality, proximity and seasonal products, this new space is born as a tribute to the ceramic sector, so widespread in our territory, and seeks to become a meeting point.
One of the great attractions of El Ceramista is its design, with large-format ceramic pieces and a spectacular central bar that encourages different experiences in each of the spaces that surround it: the terrace, the bistro bar, the restaurant and the reserved areas at the side of the pitch.
The central axis of this innovative project is the concept of an open kitchen that makes customers feel at home, encouraging creativity and showing the team’s passion for gastronomy.
At the base of its cuisine are the best quality, local and seasonal products
The environmental and social commitment and the use of seasonal products and km 0 of lower impact, mean that the menu is renewed every season. Producers are a fundamental part of this project, providing local products and forming part of the menu itself. This allows us to present daily suggestions based on the best market produce in each season.
The concept of cooking based on fire and the oven is directly connected to the artisan ceramic manufacturing process. This concept of quality is present throughout the menu, which ranges from a more elaborate selection of rice dishes, oysters or a Wagyu chop, among others, in the restaurant and the private dining rooms, to more informal dishes that can be enjoyed on the terrace or in the bistro.
Villarreal CF is leading this cutting-edge project, led by Valencian chef Miguel Martí and his team, connecting gastronomic experiences with cultural, sporting and corporate events.
