

1: What is an NFC Pass?
An NFC Pass is a digital pass that can be stored in the Wallet app on your iPhone and Apple Watch. It can be used to enter the Estadio de la Cerámica by simply touching your device to the reader at the gate. Compatible models include the original Apple Watch and later versions, all iPhones with Face ID and all iPhones with Touch ID except the 5s.

2: Why use an NFC pass?
NFC Passes on iPhone and Apple Watch are easier, faster and more secure to use, eliminating the need to search in pockets or wallets. Plus, customers no longer have to worry about losing their physical ticket.
3: How do I add my NFC pass to my Apple Wallet?
Once you have completed the purchase process, you will receive a confirmation email which includes a link to add the digital season ticket to Apple Wallet.
Please note that if you have purchased multiple season tickets, you will receive an email for each one. You will receive your contactless season ticket(s) by email, and once you have received it follow these instructions:
- Open the email on your iPhone.
- Tap the ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ button [or the attached file with the Apple Wallet icon when tickets are sent directly via email.
- Complete the process to add the season ticket to the Wallet.
- Open the e-mail on your iPhone and click on the link.
- Log in with your username.
- Go to the ticket section, and click on the ‘Go to wallet’ button
- Touch the ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ button
- To get the best experience, make sure you enable automatic updates and notifications
- For the best experience, be sure to enable automatic updates and notifications for the ticket in Apple Wallet.
- Open Apple Wallet.
- Select your ticket.
- Touch the 3 dots at the top right of the screen to access the back of the season ticket.
Make sure the toggle switch is turned on for ‘Automatic updates’, ‘Allow notifications’ and ‘Suggest on lock screen’.
4: How can I see all my digital tickets?
All tickets that you have added can be seen by opening Apple Wallet on your iPhone or Apple Watch.
5: Can I send a digital ticket to someone else?
Right now, email distribution is the only option; forward that email to allow recipients to download that season ticket to their Apple Wallet.
6: Can I have various tickets on one iPhone or Apple Watch?
Yes, multiple digital tickets can be downloaded to a single iPhone or Apple Watch. Once selected, you can swipe left and right to see all those available to you.
7: How do I enter the Estadio de la Cerámica with my ticket?
You will receive a notification as you approach the Estadio de la Cerámica, indicating which tickets are available to you. As you approach the reader, tap the notification to select the appropriate one, look for the contactless logo on the reader and tap your iPhone or Apple Watch. If you have multiple tickets, you can swipe left or right to access them one by one and swipe them on the reader to enter. If you don’t receive the notification, you can access your digital entries by opening Apple Wallet and scrolling to find the correct entry.
8: How do I find my ticket if the notification does not appear automatically on my iPhone screen?
Go to the Apple Wallet app, where you can find and select your ticket.
9: I have not received a notification on my iPhone lock screen.
The notification on the lock screen is based on your proximity to the location, and if Location Services is turned off it will not be displayed. To enable location services, follow these instructions:
- In Settings, select Privacy and then Location Services.
- Enable Location Services if they are disabled.
- Scroll down and make sure that the Wallet application has the ‘While using the application’ option selected.
10: I am asked to enter my passcode when I present my iPhone to the reader, why?
Within Settings and Face ID and Passcode, verify that Apple Pay is enabled. On iOS 11 or earlier, authentication is required when presenting your input.
11: Can I delete my digital ticket?
To delete an already stored ticket: Scroll down in Wallet, then tap on the ticket you want to delete, scroll down and tap ‘Delete Pass’.

13: Can I still use my physical ticket?
Yes, if you have already got a physical season ticket, this can be used to access the Estadio de la Cerámica; however, once this physical ticket has been scanned, the digital ticket will no longer allow entry.
