- c.i. Remuneration of members of the Board of Directors:
- c.i.1. The directors of Villarreal CF, S.A.D. do not receive any remuneration for their role as board members. They also do not receive any allowances or similar payments for attending Board of Directors’ meetings.
- c.i.2. The remuneration received by directors, as shown in Note 23 of the annual accounts, corresponds to the consideration they receive for their employment relationship with the Club.
- c.ii. The remuneration plus travel and representation expenses of the Club’s management members during the 24-25 financial year amounted to €915 thousand.
