Villarreal CF president Fernando Roig presented Étienne Capoue, Yeremy Pino and Dani Parejo with a commemorative shirt after passing the 100-game barrier with the Submarine. Chukwueze also received it, but this one for passing the 200th Villarreal appearance milestone.

Samu Chukwueze reached 200 appearances on 27th April against RCD Espanyol. Right now, the Nigerian has accumulated 202 appearances, in which he has been able to score a total of 37 goals and distribute 31 assists.

Yeremy Pino became the youngest player in history to reach 100 appearances in yellow. He did so on 13th January against Celta Vigo, at the age of 20 years, two months and 20 days. In his 118 appearances for Villarreal, he has scored a total of 17 goals and provided 11 assists.

Étienne Capoue has also reached 100 official appearances with the Submarine, having done so on 15th April against Valladolid. Capoue joined the club in the winter transfer window of the 20/21 season and since then has played 104 games for the Submarine, scoring ten goals and providing seven assists.

Meanwhile, Dani Parejo made his 100th LaLiga appearance for Villarreal against Espanyol. He has now made 145 appearances for the Yellows in just three seasons, making him the player who has played the most minutes this season. Since his arrival at the Submarine, Dani has scored nine goals and provided 25 assists.

These players join the select club of centenarian Groguets that already includes players from the current squad such as Manu Trigueros, Gerard Moreno, Samu Chukwueze, Alfonso Pedraza, Pepe Reina and Raúl Albiol.
