All the information you need about the Legends Match

Tickets will cost €5 or €10 and go on sale online on Tuesday 21^st February for season-ticket holders

Villarreal have released all the information regarding the Legends Match between legendary players from Submarine’s history and Spanish national team legends. The match, which will be played on Saturday 25^th March at the Estadio de la Cerámica, will be one of the star events of the club’s #CentenariGroguet centenary celebrations.

The match was presented this Monday at an event held at the Teatre Tagoba in Vila-real and was attended by president Fernando Roig, Vila-real mayor José Benlloch, ex- Villarreal CF footballers Marcos Senna, Bruno Soriano and Adriano García, as well as Fernando Giner, president of Spain Legends.

For this important day for the club, legends Bruno Soriano and Marcos Senna have already confirmed their participation and, in the coming weeks, the rest of the players who have been called up to the Villarreal all-star squad will be announced on the club’s social networks.

Also, before the match, there will be a tribute to all the club’s former players, who will come out onto the pitch from the tunnel in different eras and take an unforgettable family photo.

And if that wasn’t enough, this week a vote will be opened for fans to vote for the best XI in Villarreal’s history and the best goal in the club’s history. The results of these votes will be announced on the day of the Legends Match at the Estadio de la Cerámica.

Here is all the information you need for the Legends Match:

The match will take place on Saturday 25^th March at 6pm CET at the Estadio de la Cerámica.
The tribute to former Villarreal CF players will start at 5:30pm CET, so fans are recommended to enter the stadium from 5pm CET.
Gates will open at 4:30pm CET, one hour before the event starts.
Ticket prices are €5 in the Fondo Norte and Fondo Sur stands and €10€ in the Tribuna and Tribuna Preferente stands.
Tickets will go on sale for SEASON-TICKET HOLDERS from 21^st February to 9^th March. Ticket sales will start online on Tuesday 21^st February and season-ticket holders can buy their own seat. In the coming days, tickets will go on sale in the Town Centre Store.
From 10^th March, tickets will go on general sale in the Town Centre Store.
