The Villarreal CF footballers have visited students from the CEIP Mare de Déu dels Àngels school
Yerson Mosquera and Nerea Pérez have gone back to the classroom for a day. The Villarreal CF players visited the CEIP Mare de Déu dels Àngels school in Sant Mateu thanks to Endavant Club Groguet’s ‘A Star in Your School’ initiative.
During their stay at the centre, Yellows players answered questions posed by the students. Afterwards, the young students had time to take pictures with their idols and get their autographs.

Through the ‘A Star in Your School’ activity, Villarreal CF has been bringing the club closer to children in the province of Castellón since the 2014/15 season. Countless players from the men and women’s first teams have visited schools in the province of Castellón in recent seasons.
This season, Yeremy Pino and Fatou Kanteh went to Colegio Escultor Ortells school in Vila-real, Adrià Altimira and Carmen Carbonell to the CEIP Lluís Tena school in Sant Jordi, Filip Jorgensen and Paola Soldevila to the CEIP Miralcamp in Onda; and Jorge Cuenca and Tere Morató to the Colegio Virgen del Carmen school in Vila-real.
Villarreal Women and Villarreal Women’s first team players will be visiting more schools to get to know and have fun with the youngsters.
