Villarreal will hold a pre-season camp in Switzerland with three friendlies

Villarreal CF will complete a pre-season training camp in Switzerland. The Yellows will be based from 13^th to 21^st July at the Säntispark (St. Gallen), where they will train and prepare for the start of the upcoming 2023/24 season.

During this period in the Alps, Quique Setién’s team will play three friendly matches. They will face FC St. Gallen (15^th July, 6pm CEST) and SC Rheindorf Altach (18^th July, 7:30pm CEST) in Switzerland and then travel to Germany to play Hannover 96 (22^nd July, 2pm CEST), before returning to Spain.

It is worth remembering that the team will return to work on 5^th July, when the corresponding medical tests will be carried out. The first pre-season training session will take place on Saturday 8^th July at the José Manuel Llaneza Training Ground.

Villarreal B will also head to Switzerland for pre-season

Villarreal B will complete their pre-season training camp in Switzerland alongside the first team. The squad coached by Miguel Álvarez will also train at Säntispark and play three friendly matches.
