Villarreal CF will complete a pre-season training camp in Switzerland. The Yellows will be based from 13th to 21st July at the Säntispark (St. Gallen), where they will train and prepare for the start of the upcoming 2023/24 season.
During this period in the Alps, Quique Setién’s team will play three friendly matches. They will face FC St. Gallen (15th July, 6pm CEST) and SC Rheindorf Altach (18th July, 7:30pm CEST) in Switzerland and then travel to Germany to play Hannover 96 (22nd July, 2pm CEST), before returning to Spain.
It is worth remembering that the team will return to work on 5th July, when the corresponding medical tests will be carried out. The first pre-season training session will take place on Saturday 8th July at the José Manuel Llaneza Training Ground.
Villarreal B will also head to Switzerland for pre-season
Villarreal B will complete their pre-season training camp in Switzerland alongside the first team. The squad coached by Miguel Álvarez will also train at Säntispark and play three friendly matches.
