The Yellows will host the camp in the city of Emek Hefer in April 2022
Villarreal Academy is heading to Israel to host the first football camp in the city of Emek Hefer. The Villarreal ID Camp Israel, organised by Villarreal Israel Academy director Evrati Avrahami, will be hosted by coaches from the Villarreal youth set-up and will take place from 10th to 14th April for boys aged from eight to 14 and girls aged from 12 to 17.
As well as the great atmosphere that comes with a camp that takes part under Villarreal methodology, the players that stand out during the camp will be selected to head to Spain and spent a week training with Villarreal CF coaches at the Yellows’ facilities.
Villarreal Israel Academy was launched in June 2021, when Emek Hefer WFC joined forces with Villarreal CF to create the all-female youth academy based in Emek Hefer.
Ahead of the first Villarreal ID Camp Israel, Villarreal Israel Academy director Evrati Avrahami has encouraged young players from Israel to sign up: “Villarreal CF is a top Spanish football club and the partnership we have with them provides so many unique opportunities for Israeli footballers. We have already had players from Villarreal Israel Academy and Emek Hefer WFC train at Villarreal CF in Spain and this ID Camp gives young boys and girls the chance to be noticed by the club’s coaches, and perhaps selected for this once in a lifetime opportunity.”
