Villarreal will honour the 16 players who have been with the club for ten years this season
This Tuesday, Villarreal CF will hold the traditional celebration ceremony for players who have reached the ten-year milestone representing the club’s colours. The event, which will be presided over by president Fernando Roig, will take place at 7pm CEST at the Estadio de la Cerámica. The event will be exclusively open to those celebrating ten years at the club, their guests and press.
A total of 16 players are celebrating ten years in yellow. Among them are first-team players Gerard Moreno and Alfonso Pedraza, and women’s first-team players Cristina Cubedo and Lucía Gómez. All of them forged in the Yellows Academy.
The following academy players are also celebrating a decade on board the Submarine: Aitor Gelardo (Villarreal B), Pau Navarro (Villarreal B), Pedro Luque (Juvenil Roda), Gerard López (Juvenil C), Aimar Traver (Juvenil C), Óscar Shimelis Gil (Juvenil B), Teo Bou (Juvenil B), Álvaro Alcaide (Juvenil B), Ángel Liberós (Cadete B), Unai Sellés (Cadete B), Daniel Sasha (Cadete B) and Alejandro Chavero (Cadete B).
