Hundreds of Yellow supporters answered the call to solidarity this Thursday at the home of the Submarine
Villarreal CF has once again opened the doors of the Estadio de la Cerámica to host the club’s traditional blood donation campaign, held for the 24th consecutive season and promoted by the Conselleria de Sanitat Universal i Salut Pública of the Generalitat Valenciana.

This afternoon, fans can still come to donate at the home of the Yellows by entering through Gate 34, from 4:30pm to 9pm CEST.
An initiative with more than two decades of history
Through this initiative, part of the Endavant Solidaritat programme (Villarreal CF’s CSR scheme), hundreds of groguets and local residents have once again responded to the call to give blood in the heart of Vila-real.
As a token of appreciation, Villarreal CF has rewarded each donor with two tickets for the B team’s match against Antequera CF (Sunday 26th October, 12pm CEST). Villarreal legend Marcos Senna visited the donation point at La Cerámica to thank the groguet supporters for their valuable contribution.
This charitable initiative, promoted by the club, has now been running for over twenty years. The Submarine has been opening the doors of its stadium for this cause since the 2001/02 season, when the collaboration began. Since then, more than 10,000 donations have been made at the Estadio de la Cerámica.
