Endavant Igualtat, a pioneering project
Endavant Igualtat is a project promoted by Villarreal CF that focuses on the education and personal development of youth academy players. The main teams from the academy, and Villarreal Women, sponsor various special centres in the province of Castellón, with the added aim of supporting members in their personal growth and fostering a sensitivity aligned with the needs and challenges of others. They share their experiences in a rewarding exchange of values that encourages and benefits the development of both parties.
The initiative, which began in the 2015/16 season, involves carrying out community activities throughout the season, with regular meetings held both at the association centres and at Villarreal CF’s facilities. As far as possible, members of the centres attend matches and cheer on their teams at the training ground.
