Villarreal CF took part today in the fourth edition of the ‘Lideratge Educatiu’ conference organised by CEFIRE (the Training, Innovation and Educational Resources Centre of the Valencian Community), in collaboration with the Conselleria d’Educació of the Generalitat Valenciana and the Universitat Jaume I in Castellón.
First-team head coach Marcelino García Toral was one of the keynote speakers, addressing leadership and group management before an audience of more than 200 attendees, including management teams, inspectors and professionals from public educational centres across the Valencian Community.
The club’s Director of Communications, Hernán Sanz, also contributed to the event with an intervention focused on institutional communication, further demonstrating the club’s commitment and involvement through Endavant Formació.
The event also featured the participation of former Spain basketball head coach Juan Antonio Orenga; IES Bovalar headmaster Antonio Solano; and philosopher and PhD in ethics and democracy, María José Codina.
