The Estadio de la Cerámica hosts the second edition of this popular celebration this Saturday (from 5:30pm)
Villarreal CF will be celebrating the second edition of the Fan Fest this Saturday 15th June. This popular event, which is free and open to the public, will open its doors at 5:30pm and will feature live music, inflatables, games and food and drink bars. This big party, organised by Villarreal CF in collaboration with the Peña Celtic Submarí, is a charity event and the proceeds will be donated to ASPANION (Association of Parents of Children with Cancer in the Region of Valencia).
Access to the pitch will be through Gate 25, located in Fondo Sur of the Estadio de la Cerámica.
As if that wasn’t enough, the club will open the doors of the most exclusive corners of the Estadio de la Cerámica so that fans can get to know some of the most emblematic areas of the ground, such as the home dressing room.
La Cursa Solidària Celtic Submarí, a race with start and finish line in the heart of La Cerámica
Just like last year, the XI Cursa Solidària Celtic Submarí Memorial José Manuel Llaneza will be one of the main attractions of this festive day on the green of the Estadio de la Cerámica. In this year’s edition, the race has 1051 runners and the walk has 655 participants.
The race starts at 8pm on the Estadio de la Cerámica pitch, where the finish line is also located after a beautiful 6-kilometre route through the streets and natural landscapes of Vila-real. This race is part of the Circuit de Carreres Populars de Vila-real.
One hour before, at 7pm., the 2.5 kilometre charity walk will get underway.
Live music: Crancs and Los Indios
In addition to the games and inflatables installed at the foot of the pitch for the little ones to have fun, there will also be live concerts. Villarreal CF will set up a stage for local groups Crancs and Los Indios to perform, starting at 9:15pm, and set the scene with their set list at a party with bars where food and drink will be available for purchase, with the proceeds going to benefit ASPANION.
