

Adrián Marín, Rodrigo Hernández, Alfonso Pedraza and Nahuel Leiva, among the best youngsters in Spain
Up to four Villarreal CF youngsters have been awarded by the Technical Committee of the ‘Futbol Draft’16’, who form the Gold, Silver and Bronze Elevens, for men’s football, and the Gold Eleven for women’s football in Spain. Adrián Marín (on loan at CD Leganés), Rodrigo Hernández and Alfonso Pedraza (on loan at CD Lugo) have been chosen for the ‘Silver Eleven’, while Nahuel Leiva (on loan at Real Betis) has been picked for the ‘Bronze Eleven’.
The award-winning Yellows are the following:
Silver Eleven
- Left Back: Adrián Marín (1997).
- Right Centre Midfielder: Rodrigo Hernández (1996).
- Left Midfielder: Alfonso Pedraza (1996).
Bronze Eleven
- Right Midfielder: Nahuel Leiva (1996).
In the fourth and final Technical Committee, led by President Iñaki Sáez (ex men’s national team Manager), was also participated in by: Julen Lopetegui (current men’s national team Manager), Jacinto Alonso (President of the Federación Riojana and member of the Board of Directors of the RFEF), Javier Lasagabaster (Director of Futbol Draft), Albert Celades (U21 men’s national team Manager), Luis de la Fuente (U19 men’s national team Manager), Santi Denia (U17 men’s national team Manager), Jorge Vilda (current women’s national team Manager), Pedro López (U19 women’s national team Manager), Vicente Miera (ex men’s national team Manager), Miguel Ángel España (RFEF Goalkeeper coach), Juan Carlos Gómez Perlado (RFEF Physical Trainer), David Gordo Mansilla (RFEF Physical Trainer), Raúl Ojeda (LFP), Jesús Barbadilla (AFE), Ángel Caballero (President of AEAF) and Ana Rossell (expert in women’s football).
