A number of Yellows have played for their countries so far during the international break

Forward Yeremy Pino, called up by ‘La Rojita’ for the qualifiers for the 2023 European U21 Championships was man of the match in Spain U21s’ 4-1 win over Russia U21s. The Yellows No.21 scored two goals and provided two assists, putting in a great performance at the Estadio Francisco de la Hera in Almendralejo.

In terms of the World Cup 2022 qualifiers, Gerard Moreno played in 64 minutes of Spain’s 2-1 defeat to Sweden, while Raúl Albiol played 49 minutes of La Roja’s 4-0 victory over Georgia.

Boulaye Dia played 82 minutes as Senegal beat Togo 2-0, while Aissa Mandi was on the pitch for the entirety of the game between Algeria and Djibouti, with the Algerians winning 8-0.

Pervis Estupiñán played 90 minutes as Ecuador successfully overcame Paraguay, winning 2-0, as well as featuring for the whole match in the goalless draw against Chile.

Gerónimo Rulli and Juan Foyth did not get on the pitch for Argentina, who beat Venezuela 1-2 before their match against Brazil was suspended after just six minutes.
