Spain, with Pau Torres and Yeremy Pino playing, defeated Italy (1-2) at the San Siro, and qualified for the UEFA Nations League final, which will take place on Sunday 10th October against the winner of France vs Belgium.
The Canarian winger made his debut with the senior Spain squad. The Yellows player came on in the 49th minute, replacing Ferran Torres, who had scored two goals. The defender from Vila-real played the entirety of the match, where La Roja eliminated the European champions, ending Italy’s 37-match unbeaten run.
