Villarreal CF presents the new kits for the 2017/18 season
Villarreal CF has officially presented the new strips that the Submarine will shine in for the 2017/18 season. Joma, Villarreal CF’s technical sponsor, has designed three kits to be donned by Fran Escribá’s side in the LaLiga Santander, UEFA Europa League and Copa del Rey competitions, as well as in friendly matches.
Villarreal CF players Mario, Soldado and Víctor Ruiz modelled the new kits. The first kit is all yellow, the second is crimson and the third is grey. The new Villarreal CF kits will be on sale from this Saturday onwards at the Official Shop in Plaza Mayor in Vila-real and also on our Online Shop. Design features
Joma has created a shirt that preserves the identity of Villarreal CF using the club’s traditional yellow colour as the main feature. It is designed with a new fitting to provide greater adjustment to prevent pulling and enhance the players’ comfort. The new shirt stands out for its two-tone polo collar, yellow on the outside and contrasting blue on the inside.
Different details have been added to provide excellent quality and fit to the new Villarreal CF shirt, such as the use of three different fabrics, the most characteristic being the main one, polyester (with a new weave or an avant-garde design) including bamboo, whose natural properties increase the player’s comfort and perspiration.
The Yellow Submarine’s new shirt counts on a new mesh on the sides, shoulders and underarms, with a new design enhancing and increasing breathability. Furthermore, the Villarreal CF players and their fans can enjoy a fully-personalized shirt: the team’s initials are printed on the back and on the inside of the front the club’s motto, “Endavant”, is proudly printed.
‘Villarreal CF badges’
Joma has launched ‘Villarreal CF badges’ to customize your Villarreal shirt and show off the kind of fan you are. A series of badges that will be given away free with the first 1000 shirts of every club and which can be attached to the shirt by simply ironing them on to personalize it.
Each badge reflects the values that distinguish fans: season-ticket holder, generation of the family following the team (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th), club history buff, child season-ticket holders, away game team follower, supporters’ club member, club tattoo and no. 1 season-ticket holder.
