The Yellows have launched Villarreal Halland Academy, the first international academy in Europe
The Yellow Submarine is heading to the north of Europe. The Yellows have reached an agreement to create the first international academy in European soil, Villarreal Halland Academy, based in Sweden, in the province of Halmstad.
The agreement was made at Villarreal CF’s Training Ground (Ciudad Deportiva) during the visit of the director of the academy in Sweden, José Acevedo. While in Vila-real, he made the most of his visit to get to know the club up close and submerge himself in the Yellow Submarine’s methodology and working methods.
Villarreal CF’s methodology will help players and coaches at the new Villarreal Halland Academy to reach their maximum potential. Players at the academy who show their best sporting level in training, as well as their skills and exemplary behaviour will be invited to train at the Yellows Academy.
