Villarreal CF is preparing a big celebration to share with its fans this Sunday, as the team hosts Sevilla FC at 4:15pm CEST, to mark qualification for the 2025/26 UEFA Champions League.
Ahead of kick-off, the Estadio de la Cerámica will be dressed for the occasion, with 20,000 yellow flags placed around the stands for supporters to wave before and during the match against the Andalusian side.
After the final whistle, the party will continue on the pitch with a range of surprises in store. The players will complete a lap of honour to thank the fans and celebrate qualification, and will dance to ‘La Morocha’ one last time this season before closing the festivities with a breathtaking fireworks display.
