Villarreal CF shareholders' annual general meeting

The club has approved its accounts for the 2020/21 season, and gives the green light to its budget for the 2021/22 season This afternoon, the Annual General Meeting of Villarreal CF Shareholders took place at the Villarreal CF Training Ground, with the attendance of 98.83% of the club’s share capital, where the following was agreed: The entity’s annual accounts were approved, including the balance sheet, the profit and loss accounts, the statement and the management report of the activity which finished on 30^th June 2021, as well as applying the results obtained of a loss of €14,205,294.40€. The budget for the 2021/22 season was approved, with an estimated revenue of €138,775,000.00 and expected expenses of €138,773,000.00, with an expected profits of €2,000.00. The board also agreed to re-elect the following members for a term of five years:
