Yellow Submarine players visit children hospitalised at five nearby centres
Villarreal CF carried out their traditional Christmas hospital visits this Monday, visiting hospitals across the province of Castellón and the north of Valencia. The Yellow Submarine players brought joy and excitement to children and young patients who are spending these special pre-Christmas dates in hospital. The players visited their rooms and even handed out small gifts from the Yellow Submarine.
The hospitals visited by the Villarreal CF players were La Plana Hospital in Vila-real, Vithas Hospital in Castellón, Castellón General Hospital, Vinaròs Hospital and Sagunto Hospital
A tradition driven by Endavant Solidaritat
Visiting hospitals during the Christmas period is a long-standing tradition at Villarreal CF. Thanks to this solidarity initiative, which forms part of the club’s Endavant Solidaritat CSR programme, the Yellow Submarine players spend time with children who remain in hospital over the festive period, aiming to lift their spirits and bring a smile to their faces with this special surprise.
