Villarreal B defeat UE Llagostera with a Simón Moreno brace and a goal from Álex Millán
The leaders keep going. Villarreal B impressively beat UE Llagostera (0-3) with an excellent performance from Miguel Álvarez’s side. Simón Moreno scored twice and Álex Millan got another to give three points to the Yellows, who have won their first four league matches this season.
With half an hour on the clock, Moreno opened the scoring. The forward would score again eighth minutes from time to sign off the Yellows’ victory in Catalonia. The second goal came from Millán, who scored his first for the Mini Submarine. Furthermore, Álex Baena looked good making his debut for the Yellows reserves.
Villarreal B will return to the Mini Estadi next week to face FC Barcelona B.
