    More than 1,500 fans filled the main stand at the Mini Estadi in the open training session

    Villarreal CF had a special open training session this Friday, which saw more than 1,500 fans at the Mini Estadi at the José Manuel Llaneza Training Ground, making the most of the Christmas break.

    The fans enjoyed the entirety of the training session hosted by Marcelino García Toral’s side. After it ended, the first-team players went to the stands to get photos and give gifts to youngsters. An unforgettable day for the hundreds of children who could see their idols up close.
