Villarreal CF once more is backing good causes. The club will take part in the first Aid Market for Casa Ronald McDonald, which will take place in the Casino Antiguo in Castellón from this Friday, 14th December, until Sunday 16th.
The market hopes to raise funds for Casa Ronald McDonald in the Comunidad Valenciana. The charity hopes to become a ‘home away from home’ for children who aren’t from Valencia who are undergoing treatment in the city’s hospitals. In fact, many of those staying in Ronald McDonald House are from the Castellón province.
Villarreal have donated a number of official items signed by the first-team squad. They can be bought during a charity event for the Fundación Infantil Ronald McDonald, which has the main objective of building and maintaining homes near the best paediatric hospitals in the country since arriving in Spain in 1997.
The Aid Market will be spectacular this weekend, and apart from the articles on sale, those who visit can enjoy live shows and a number of fun activities for all the family.
The opening hours are as following:
- Friday, 14th December: 4pm-9pm.
- Saturday, 15th December: 11am-9pm.
- Sunday, 16th December: 11am-3pm.
