The Norwegian striker has equalled the best scoring start by a new Villarreal player in LALIGA
Alexander Sorloth is in fine form. The Norwegian striker has scored four goals in the first six rounds of LALIGA, with the last four in succession. Since his goalscoring debut against FC Barcelona at home, he has found the net against Cádiz, Almería and this Sunday against Rayo Vallecano.
The striker’s goalscoring figures in his first few league games for the Submarine are impressive and put him on a par with the most prolific strikers in the club’s history. In their first six LALIGA games as Yellows, only Giuseppe Rossi, Gica Craioveanu, Nico Sansone, Arnaut Danjuma and now Alexander Sorloth have scored four goals.
