FC Barcelona are a great team, they had more of the ball than us, but I am satisfied with the work of my players. They executed the plan well, making a great effort.”
In the same vein, the manager from Santander praised his team’s level in the first half: “In the first half, we did things well. We were superior, but our physicality failed us in the second half. At times, we held our own. They had more of the ball and created danger for us, but the draw, if it had happened, would not have been unfair.”
