Agree with SD Eibar for the transfer for the right-back
El Villarreal CF ha alcanzado un acuerdo de traspaso con la SD Eibar por Rubén Peña, que jugará en el club amarillo las próximas cinco temporadas. El defensa avilés, de 27 años, será presentado mañana ante los medios de comunicación en rueda de prensa a las 12.00 horas en la Ciudad Deportiva y comenzará la pretemporada con la plantilla el próximo lunes 8 de julio.
Villarreal CF have reached an agreement with SD Eibar for the transfer of Rubén Peña, who will join the Yellows for the next fix seasons. The 27-year-old defender will be presented tomorrow at 12pm CEST in front of the media at the Villarreal CF Training Ground (Ciudad Deportiva) and will start pre-season with his new team-mates on Monday 8th July.
Rubén Peña Jiménez (18/07/1991) is a full-back with extensive experience in Spanish football. After representing Real Valladolid, CD Guijuelo and CD Leganés, he stepped up to the top flight with SD Eibar, playing 96 official gams for them, scoring four times and registering five assists.
Furthermore, with Eibar, he changed from a right winger into an attacking right-back. His good control of the ball and ability to read the game make him into a versatile player, who can also play on both wings.
