Both players are now with their teammates and focused at El Saler
Rodrigo Hernández and Ruben Semedo have now joined their teammates for Villarreal CF’s preseason stay at the El Saler facilities in Valencia. Both players have joined the group after some days of rest taken after the two went on international duty once the league had finished. Both players played in the U21 European Championships in Poland, Rodrigo representing Spain U21 and Semedo playing for Portugal U21. For the Portuguese defender it was the first session with his new teammates as he has joined the Submarine this year from Sporting Clube de Portugal.
Next to join the group will be Jonathan dos Santos. The midfielder, who played in the Confederations Cup with Mexico in Russia, will get back to work on Monday 24th July at the Villarreal CF Training Ground. Then Fran Escribá will have all his men available apart from those that are injured.
