Villarreal CF will play against three Bundesliga teams between 25th July and 3rd August
Villarreal CF will carryout a pre-season camp in the tourist region of Kufsteinerland in Austria, also known as the Entry Point to Tyrolean Alps, where the team will stay from 25th July to 3rd August in the prestigious Wellness Schloss Panorama Royal Hotel in the Bad Häring city.
The Yellows will face FC Köln and FC Schalke in the Hero Cup, sponsored by Lottohelden.de, and will play a third friendly, against another Bundesliga side, to be confirmed.
The camp in Austria, organised by Onside Sports Iberia, a company that provides crucial support to the club in this type of activities, will be the only period of the summer that the club spends outside of the Villarreal CF Training Ground (Ciudad Deportiva).
Here are the first five pre-season matches:
- Saturday 13th July (7pm CEST, La Nucia): Villarreal CF vs West Bromwich Albion.
- Saturday 20th July (7:30pm CEST, El Saler): Villarreal CF vs Levante UD.
- Friday 26th July: TBC.
- Sunday 28th July (6:15pm CEST, Kufstein): FC Köln vs Villarreal CF.
- Friday 2nd August (6pm CEST, Saalfelden): FC Schalke 04 vs Villarreal CF.
