The Yellows No.4 who scored the second goal of the game underlined the importance of getting another win at the Estadio de la Cerámica: “We’d come from picking up a point against Cádiz and we wanted to make it count by beating Valladolid. We’re playing strong at the Estadio de la Cerámica. We suffered a bit more than we wanted, but in the end every game is difficult. It’s really positive that we’ve gone seven games without losing. It’s always easier to grow from victory.”
A surprise goal scorer, Pau Torres was very satisfied to be able to help his team get the win: “I scored another goal and the first one of this season. I’m really happy to be able to help the team get the three points. Even more so, to have done so with a clean sheet, which is a job well done by our defence.”
