Pablo Iñiguez will remain a Yellow for one more season. The centre-back from Valencia has signed a contract extension for one more campign with Villarreal CF, so he extends his tie with the Yellows until 30th June 2024.

Iñiguez llegó a Miralcamp siendo un niño y se formó como futbolista y como persona en las categorías inferiores del club, consiguiendo el clásico submarino de cerámica a modo de reconocimiento por sus 10 años en el club en 2014. Tras salir del Submarino y militar en varios equipos del panorama nacional, volvió al club de sus amores para hacer historia en el filial.
Pablo Iñiguez es uno de los héroes del ascenso a Segunda División y la posterior permanencia en la categoría de plata y luchará un año más por mantener al Mini Submarino en el fútbol profesional.
Iñiguez came to Miralcamp as a child and trained as a footballer and as a person in the club’s youth teams, obtaining the classic ceramic submarine as a recognition for his ten years at the club in 2014. After leaving the Submarine and playing in several youth national teams, he returned to the club that he loves to make history in, with Villarreal B.
Pablo Iñiguez is one of the heroes of the promotion to the second division and the following survival staying up in the second tier and will fight for another year to keep the Mini Submarine in professional football.
