Everything you need to know about the 2018/19 Villarreal CF season ticket campaign

Villarreal CF have launched the new season ticket campaign for the 2018/19 season, ‘One colour, one feeling’, in which the club will reward season-ticket holders’ attendance to the Estadio de la Cerámica once again. The presentation event was celebrated at the Vila-real Auditorium in front of 600 fans and was led by Villarreal CF President, Fernando Roig, who explained the ins and outs of the campaign in detail, that is set to commence this Thursday 14^th June.

VYP Gold and VYP Silver

Every year there are more and more Yellows fans enjoying matches at the Estadio de la Cerámica. The attendance statistics have shown a noticeable improvement in the last four seasons, proving the value of the presence of season-ticket holders. It is for this reason that Villarreal CF has decided to continue rewarding attendance for the fifth consecutive year. We will continue to increase the price of general season tickets in all areas of the stadium, but if you are ‘Very Yellow People’ (VYP) you will continue to pay the same price for your pass, giving you an ever-improving discount. Those fans that missed up to 3 matches last season are VYP Gold and those that missed a maximum of 6 are VYP Silver.

This is a leading initiative that many Spanish football clubs have decided to implement. In four seasons, we have doubled the number of VYP from 43% to 83%. Of the 19,116 season-ticket holders in 2017/18, 15,866 were VYP and will pay the same price for their pass this season. Our average attendance over the course of the season was 17,000 fans per match, demonstrating the keen involvement and the confidence the fans have in this initiative. 

Matches included in season ticket

With the 2018/19 season ticket you can enjoy watching all matches in LaLiga, the Group Stage of the UEFA Europa League, the Copa del Rey up to the Round of 16, all our Villarreal Academy teams matches as well as matches included in the ‘Yellow Club’ benefits such as the TAU Castelló basketball team, the Bisontes Castellón indoor football team etc. The club will also continue to carry out prize draws throughout the season for attendance to blocks of four games in a row, such as giving away trips with the team, official merchandise etc. And you have our word that this commitment will continue: if you are VYP again next season the price will be the same for your 2019/20 season ticket.

Yellow Club advantages

As well as being able to enjoy the best football at the best price, with your season ticket you will also be entitled to many advantages off the pitch as part of the ‘Yellow Club’. A club of discounts for collaborating companies and the chance to see the best basketball and indoor football in the province. For the second consecutive year, with your Villarreal season ticket you can also get a season ticket for TAU Castelló (basketball) and Bisontes Castellón (indoor football (fútbol sala)).

Personalized plaque and renewal for the unemployed

We will continue to honour those fans that had perfect attendance to home matches with a personalized name plaque, also with the free renewal for the unemployed with the same process as always and we will continue to give a 30 Euro discount to all retired citizens and pensioners.

Due to the interest of a great number of fans, this year a ‘Singing Stand’ (Grada de Animación) will be introduced, an exclusive area for the more active fans that wish to express their unconditional support, always cheering our team on with respect and good sportsmanship. Key dates for the campaign

FIRST PURCHASE/RENEWAL PERIOD: From 14^th June to 6^th July: Renewal (in same seat(s) location) and first-time purchase of season tickets.

SECOND PURCHASE/RENEWAL PERIOD: From 9^th July onwards: Changes of seat location and first-time purchase of season tickets.

Ticket Offices at the Estadio de la Cerámica: 14^th June to 6^th July. Monday to Friday from 10am to 8pm. Saturdays from 10am to 1pm.

Villarreal Official Shop in the la Plaça Major, Vila-real: From 14^th June onwards. Monday to Saturday from 10am to 1:45pm abd 5pm to 8pm.   

TAU Castelló Offices at the Pavelló Ciutat de Castelló, Castellón: From 14^th June onwards. Monday to Friday from 5pm to 8:30pm.
