The midfielder from Vila-real will continue wearing the yellow shirt after a lifetime linked to the club
Villarreal CF and Marta Querol have reached an agreement for the midfielder from Vila-real to stay with Villarreal Women for two more seasons, extending her contract until 30 June 2027.
Marta Querol Gil (5 February 2004, Vila-real) joined the club in the 2013/14 season at just ten years of age and has grown and developed her football career within the Yellows Academy.
Marta Querol stands out for her vision, tactical awareness and organisational skills in midfield. Last season, Querol played ten matches in the Primera Federación Femenina and one in the Copa de la Reina, where she scored in the penalty shootout against AEM to help Villarreal progress to the next round.
