    The young defender from the Canary Islands joins Villarreal Women until June 2026

    Villarreal CF and Marta Estupiñán have reached an agreement for the young defender to play for the Yellows during the 2025/26 season in Primera Federación.

    Defensive commitment

    Marta Estupiñán Santana (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, 19th January 2001) developed her game in local football in the Canary Islands and also gained international experience in the United States before joining CD Tenerife.

    Villarreal have secured the services of a reliable, committed defender with strong aerial ability to bolster the backline of Jordi Ferriols’ squad.
