Villarreal will take part in the 25th edition of the international tournament, which will take place from 25th to 27th March
The best youth football tournament on the planet is back! The LaLiga Promises Santander International Tournament is celebrating its 25th edition on 25th to 27th March at the Maspalomas Training Facility in Gran Canaria.
Villarreal CF will once more participate in this prestigious competition with its young U13s players. The Yellows will take part alongside international sides such as FC Juventus, SL Benfica, Borussia Dortmund and Liverpool, as well as Spanish clubs such as FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, Atlético de Madrid, Sevilla FC, Real Betis, Valencia CF, CD Tenerife, RC Celta and UD Las Palmas.
The Yellows are in Group B alongside Borussia Dortmund and Atlético de Madrid. The top two teams will reach the quarter-finals.
The matches that Villarreal will play are the following:
- Atlético de Madrid vs Villarreal CF: Friday 25th March (5:30pm CET).
- Borussia Dortmund vs Villarreal CF: Saturday 26th March (11:30am CET).
