    The ex-player featured in 260 official matches for the Yellows first team

    Villarreal CF wanted to pay tribute to Javi Venta during the official end-of-season lunch, which took place at the Restaurante Entrelíneas at the Estadio de la Cerámica. The ex-footballer played for the Yellow Submarine for nine seasons, where he totalled 260 official matches with the first team (197 in the league, 24 in the UEFA Cup/Europa League, 15 in the Copa del Rey, 13 in the Champions League and 11 in the Intertoto Cup).
