Villarreal go to Monaco with the goal of qualifying for the Champions League Group stage
Tonight Villarreal play at the Louis II stadium against Monaco (8:45pm CET, Antena 3) in a game in which the Yellows have to turn the score from the first leg of the Play-off (1-2) around in order to qualify for the UEFA Champions League Group stage.
Fran Escribá’s side, who will be cheered on by more than 200 Yellows fans, need to win by two goals or more. The Manager has Víctor Ruiz available again, who was ruled out of the first leg due to a ban, and Jaume Costa, who has recovered from his injury.
On the other hand, Escribá is still without injured players, Soldado, Bakambu, Bonera, Jonathan dos Santos and Cheryshev, and without Sansone, who is ineligible for the match after having played the UEFA Europa League Play-off with US Sassuolo.
