Villarreal CF would like to share medical advice for fans who are travelling to the Europa League final
After the meeting between the Conselleria de Santitat Universal I Salut Publica de la Generalitat Valenciana, Vila-real Town Council and Villarreal CF, a campaign raising awareness of the recommended medical advice for fans who are going to travel to Poland for the Europa League final, with a call for preventative and social responsibility due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
If you are one of the lucky fans to travel to the final, we insist that you follow the preventative measures in place in Spain while in Poland:
- While using a mask in open space is not compulsory in Gdansk, we urge you to use a mask for the entirety of your trip.
- Regularly use hydroalcoholic gel.
- Avoid physical contact with other fans. Avoid crowds.
- Avoid indoor spaces.
- Follow instructions by the organiser and those representing the club.
- Try and stay with your travel group during the whole trip.
- Be aware of potential symptoms in the days after the match.
During the week AFTER the match, take the following into account:
- Limit your social activity as minimally as possibly.
- Do not meet people in indoor spaces.
- Maintain the security measures necessary to protect others from possible contagion. Take into account that you are coming back from a country with a higher incidence of COVID-19 and one with more flexibility in terms of sanitary restrictions.
