Villarreal will install a 3v3 pitch and PlayZone to encourage vaccination this Sunday from 10am to 2pm
The square outside the Estadio de la Cerámica will host a vaccination point this Sunday for Vila-real residents to get their flu and COVID-19 vaccines.
Thanks to this initiative, organised by the Conselleria de Sanitat de la Generalitat Valenciana (Health Department of the Valencian Regional Government) and the Hospital de La Plana, hundreds of people will be able to go to the mobile unit that will be set up at the foot of La Cerámica from 10am to 2pm to get vaccinated without an appointment.
Supporting the vaccination campaign with games and activities
As with the blood donation campaigns – in which the club provides a space to do so at the Estadio de la Cerámica – Villarreal CF also wanted to promote vaccination, acting as a platform and installing, alongside the mobile unit, a 3v3 pitch and the PlayZone, with the aim of attracting more residents of Vila-real to come and get immunised. The club is collaborating with this initiative as part of the Endavant Solidaritat programme.
