Manu Trigueros trusts in the hard work from the Yellows squad to turn around the current run and get a win
Villarreal midfielder Manu Trigueros this Tuesday appeared in front of the press to analyse the current situation regarding the Yellows. The Yellow Submarine’s No.14 has reaffirmed that the squad is united and confidence of turning the current situation around and obtaining a victory. “The two last matches were important and we weren’t able to win them. We’re in a difficult and painful situation, but you have to stay positive and think that we’re just one match away from getting out of this situation. We need to trust in our hard work and carry on giving everything for the wins to come,” explained Trigueros.
The footballer underlined the necessity of a win that would give the Submarine more confidence: “We need to get a victory to take us out of here and give us confidence. Now we’re going to a difficult ground, like Mestalla, to face a very good team. We need to get the three points, and to do that we need be a solid team with good movement.”
Finally, Trigueros recognised that in recent days, he feels better: “Each day I am better physically and I’m growing in confidence. I’ve got good sensations and I hope to reach my best level to help the team as much as I possibly can.”
