Aïssa Mandi’s participation in the tournament has ended after Algeria were knocked out
Samu Chukwueze, Boulaye Dia and Serge Aurier have reached the last 16 of the Africa Cup of Nations. Nigeria will face Tunisia, Senegal will play Cape Verde and Côte d’Ivoire will come up against Egypt.
Aïssa Mandi’s participation in the prestigious continental tournament has ended after Algeria were knocked out, losing their last game of the group stage 3-1 to Côte d’Ivoire. The defender who player the entirety of the match against The Elephants will return to Villarreal in the coming days.
