The Villarreal players hosted a training session with students
Villarreal CF footballers Sergi Cardona and Aixa Salvador visited students from the CEIP Guitarrista Tàrrega in Castellón thanks to the ‘A Star In Your School’ activity, part of the Endavant Club Groguet initiative.
The young students at the school had a very special day thanks to the clinic led by both players, with the collaboration of an academy coach. The students were not only able to meet their idols, but they were also able to play with the players, take photos with them and, of course, get their autographs for a souvenir.

Villarreal CF organises and promotes activities with children in the province of Castellón through the Endavant Club Groguet programme. With the ‘A Star in Your School’ activity, the Submarine has taken dozens of footballers from the first team and Villarreal Women to schools in our province since the 2014/15 season.
This season, in addition to Sergi Cardona and Aixa Salvador’s visit to the CEIP Guitarrista Tàrrega school in Castellón, Diego Conde and Lauris Rodríguez visited the CEIP Nou Pedro Alcázar school in Nules, Yeremy Pino and Elena Gil went to CEIP Lleonard Mingarro school in La Vall d’Uixó, and Juan Bernat and Carmen Carbonell also went to CEIP Luis Vives school in Xilxes.
