The draw done at midday today in Nyon (Switzerland) pits Villarreal CF against the German side Bayer 04 Leverkusen in the Round of 16 of the UEFA Europa League. The first leg of the tie will be disputed in El Madrigal on 10th March (9:05pm CET), while the second leg will be played in the BayArena on 17th of the same month (7pm CET).
Bayer 04 Leverkusen are currently fourth in the Bundesliga with 35 points from 22 matches and their squad is made up of players like Bernd Leno, Katim Bellarabi, Hakan Calhanoglu and the Mexican, former Real Madrid striker, Chicharito Hernández.
The German side, managed by Roger Schmidt, beat Sporting de Portugal in the Round of 32.
