

The footballer took the leading role in the ‘A Star in your School’ initiative at the Castellón based school
Cheryshev went back to class. Villarreal CF’s Spanish-Russian midfielder was the star of the Yellow Kids Club’s ‘A Star in your School’ (‘Una Estrella en tu Cole’) intiative, as he visited the kids at the CEIP Guitarrista Tàrrega school in Castellón. The Yellows number 7 had fun with the students, who got the chance to see their idol close up, have their photos taken with him and get his autograph. A memory for a lifetime.
This is the ninth ‘A Star in your School’ visit this season. Andrés and Mario visited the CEIP Carles Selma school, Trigueros and Barbosa did the same at the Pío XII school in Vila-real, Santos Borré and Rukavina went to the Colegio Felicinda Collell school in Càlig, Trigueros and Rodrigo to the Colegio San Agustín school in Castellón, Bakambu and Jonathan to the Nuestra Señora de la Consolación school in Burriana, Bonera and Álvaro visitied the Agora Lledó International School in Castellón, Jaume Costa and José Ángel gave the Fundación Flors school a tour of the Estadio de la Cerámica, and most recently, Bruno paid a visit to the CEIP Josep Iturbi schoolin Burriana. It should also be mentioned that this initiative was carried out throughout the whole of last season too. From here on out, the Submarine’s players will be visiting schools in Castellón to have fun with the youngsters.
Along with the interview with the Villarreal stars, the schools in the Castellón province can also enjoy a visit from some of the Yellows Academy coaches, as well as a guided tour of the Estadio de la Cerámica, all free of charge.
