The club approves the 23/24 accounts and the budget for the 24/25 season
Villarreal CF SAD held its Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting today at the Training Ground, with 98.77% of the club’s share capital in attendance, at which the following was agreed:
The entity’s annual accounts were approved, comprising the balance sheet, the profit and loss accounts, the annual report and the management report for the year which ended on 30th June 2024, as well as applying the results obtained of a loss which increases to €14,121,237,28.
The budget for the 2024/25 season was also approved, with an estimated revenue of €143,373,000 and expected expenses of €143,373,000, with an expected profit of €0.00.
