President Fernando Roig led this small event of celebration at the APV headquarters
Villarreal CF celebrated the traditional toast to survival this Tuesday after last Saturday’s 0-1 win over Rayo Vallecano, which puts the Submarine on 44 points already in February and guarantees that they will be a top-flight team for another year.
President Fernando Roig led this small celebration, accompanied by CEO Fernando Roig Negueroles and head coach Marcelino García Toral. At the event, the president dedicated a few words to the supporters, led by the president of the Agrupació de Penyes del Villarreal CF (Villarreal CF Supporters’ Association – APV), Javi Pérez. With all of them, he shared the joy of achieving the objective at the headquarters of the APV.
A full afternoon in which the yellow directors and members of the first team were also enjoying, a few metres away from the APV headquarters, the second Cerámica Experience evening at the Estadio de la Cerámica.
This toast, promoted by former vice-president José Manuel Llaneza, has become a nice tradition with which the club celebrates the importance of being present for another year in the top division in Spain.
